Refund and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges at this time due to safety concerns COVID-19. There are NO REFUNDS unless your order is faulty, shipped to the wrong address, or any other problems with the product. You may cancel your order and be refunded before your order is shipped out. How long does it take for my order to typically?
Roughly it use to take 1-2 weeks for all United States orders and 2-3 weeks roughly for all International orders. Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have had manufacturing and shipping delays that may take your order a minimum of 12-16 business days to be fulfilled while shipping will add a few extra days. Please do not panic as we are working as fast as we can with our state governor's accordance to get you your awful orders. We will send you an email when we do ship with your tracking. :)
Do you guys ship internationally?
Yes, we have shipped to over 55 countries around the world in all 6 continents. If your countries name isn't on the list below, then we can ship to you :)
Temporarily we have stopped shipping to the following countries due to their restrictions with COVID-19 and the ongoing pandemic:

We will never ship to the following countries, even after the pandemic is over:
Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
Are you guys eco-friendly / animal-friendly?
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. We also have not and WILL NEVER test on animals. We love animals and will never support or be involved with those disgusting actions.
If I ordered from an international country (Australia, New Zealand U.K., etc.), why is my order taking longer than usual?
We are working our best with country-by-country international shipping restriction policies. Your orders may take an additional 13 business days from the estimated delivery. We have been improving our shipping methods and stopped using shippers who didn't provide enough information. Please be patient with us as we have no control of how long it will take to be delivered to your destination country. There may be unexpected customs fee for U.K. orders. Please notify us if this is the case.
We're in touch with our carriers and they'll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.
How is Awful Cloth keeping their employees safe?
Here's what we're doing to keep fulfillment teams safe:
- We're staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station
- We set up partitions at tables in our break rooms
- Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees
- We are limiting the number of employees in the facility
We are committed to keeping our teams safe and we'll continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.
Where do you make your Awful clothes?
We typically manufacture our clothing in the United States, we have worked and partnered with a European warehouse that has helped us with international orders. We are no longer partnered with the Latvian facility and only focus our manufacturing in the United States. We want to be ethical and support our local economy and produce the highest quality products we can.
I would love to be an ambassador for your brand, where do I sign up?
We currently do not have a strong ambassador program at the moment, but we are working with individual who are known to fit the brand Awful Cloth.
