RETURN POLICY

We allow returns for Awful Cloth store credit in the amount of your purchase (not including the original shipping cost) within 7 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached or in bag. If have an issue you can contact us on our Contact Us page. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order once it has arrived and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the instructions below to make a return.

Pack item(s) to return into a box or shipping bag of your choice.

Include your original invoice included in your package or your confirmation email so we can identify your order. (If this is a gift we can issue you a e-gift card for the return. Please provide the full name and email you would like the e-gift card to be sent to.)

Once we have received the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive credit on an electronic Awful Cloth gift card.
