FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It takes roughly 7-10 days for United States orders and 2-3 weeks for international orders.

Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there have been manufacturing and shipping delays. Orders currently take a minimum of 10-12 business days to be fulfilled prior to shipping.

Don’t panic! We are working in accordance with state policies to get AWFUL orders in the mail as quickly as possible.

We will send you an email that lets you track your order after it ships! :)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have shipped to over 70 countries around the world in all continents (besides Antarctica… we’re working on it).

We will never ship to the following countries under any circumstances:

Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

If I ordered from an international country, why is my order taking longer than usual?

Due to country-by-country international shipping restrictions, orders may take an additional 13 business days from the estimated delivery to arrive.

We can’t control how long it takes to deliver to your country and we appreciate your patience. We stay in touch with our carriers and they'll notify us of any international shipping disruptions. Please follow your local news for information on regional shipping disruptions.

There may be unexpected customs fees for U.K. orders. Please notify us if this is the case.

What is your environmental welfare policy?

We strive to minimize packaging waste by sourcing eco-friendly materials. Many of our packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable.

Bubble wrapping is made using a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and up to 30% secondary recycled content.
